- After payment confirmation, digital access credentials or service entitlements are delivered automatically.
- Unpaid, expired, or failed transactions do not create delivery obligations.
3. Account and Key Usage
- You are responsible for safeguarding your API key and related credentials.
- Sharing, abuse, automated attacks, scraping, fraud, or illegal use is prohibited.
- We may suspend or revoke access for abuse, security risk, chargeback/fraud signals, or policy violations.
4. Billing and Consumption
- Usage is deducted according to the model multiplier and actual token consumption.
- Displayed balances, remaining quotas, and usage records may include short caching delays.
- We reserve the right to update supported models, routing, and pricing structures when necessary.
5. Refunds
Because this is a digital service, completed deliveries are generally non-refundable except where required by law or when a verified service-side failure prevents delivery.
6. Availability
We aim to provide stable service, but availability may be affected by upstream providers, network issues, maintenance, abuse mitigation, or force majeure events.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Token Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, interruption, routing changes, or third-party provider issues.
